How do I set-up two-factor authentication in StreamWork?

Two factor authentication adds an extra level of security to your StreamWork account.

We take privacy and security seriously at StreamWork. Two factor authentication adds an extra level of security to your StreamWork account.

To set up two-factor authentication:

1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner of StreamWork and select “Profile settings”

2. Select the “Account settings” tab and you will see the option to enable two-factor authentication. Click “Enable”

3. You will automatically be emailed a code to the email address you have registered with StreamWork. Check your email and enter the code provided.

4. Once the code is entered, you will automatically be enrolled into two-factor authentication in your account. Upon subsequent sign-ins, you will be required to provide an additional form of authentication beyond your email and password or Google single sign-on (SSO) to access StreamWork.

 

How to disable two-factor authentication

 

You can disable two-factor authentication anytime by pressing the “Disable” button. A new code will be sent to your email that you’ll need to enter to disable.
