What is a Workspace manager in StreamWork?

A Workspace Manager oversees a specific workspace and manages all members within it, including their roles and access to projects and folders.

StreamWork has four core roles: Admin, Workspace Manager, Member, and Contributor—plus a Reviewer role for users added to approval workflows.

A Workspace Manager is responsible for overseeing a specific workspace and its members. They can assign or remove other Workspace Managers, add or remove Members and Contributors, and adjust user roles within the workspace as needed.

Workspace managers are able to:

  • Create and delete workspaces, campaigns, and folders

  • Set storage limits and seat allocations for each workspace

  • Add, manage, or remove any user type within a workspace (including Contributors)

  • Create, edit, and delete assets they have access to

  • Create, manage, and delete tasks within their assigned projects

  • Route assets for approval and invite reviewers

  • Edit approval routing
  • Comment, reply, and annotate on assets within the workspace

Note: Role permissions are subject to change.
