What is an admin in StreamWork?

An admin is the owner of the organization (i.e. account) in StreamWork.

An admin is the owner of the organization (i.e. account) in StreamWork. An admin manages the organization, all workspaces within it, and all members within those workspaces. In addition, the admin role oversees all billing.


Admins can invite anyone to a workspace, including other admins, from within their organization or not.  Once invited, admins select the roles of each member in each workspace.

 

Admins are able to:

  • Create and delete organizations, workspaces, campaigns and folders
  • Set storage and seat allocations per workspace
  • Create, manage and delete any type of user from an organization or workspace (including contributors)
  • Create, manage, edit and delete assets
  • Create, manage, edit and delete tasks
  • Route asset for approval and invite reviewers
  • Comment, reply and annotate on assets
  • Manage billing
