Approval routing stages enable you to route a creative asset to multiple stages of reviewers, automatically.
An approval routing stage is a way to organize all of the reviewers required to weigh-in on a creative asset. Depending on your StreamWork plan, you can create multiple stages with multiple reviewers included. So for instance, if you need to route a creative asset to legal, then sales and finally to the VP of Marketing for sign-off, you can set this up in StreamWork.
When you route an asset through approvals, you are routing the asset to stakeholders inside your organization or not. We created stages to help organize how approvals are routed and to mirror the way your team routes for approval in real-life.
